Its very old fan so colour was totally fainted. I have used fevicryl colours to transform it into this traditional ethnic look.

step 1

Ethnic Indian fan ...Reformed from very old fan

Remove the fan from ceiling & open all three flap/wings. Clean them as much u can.

First colour any base colour three times to cover the scratches like this blue colour. Then make zic-zac design with fevicryl colours at the end of all three wings. Then make dotted flowers on joining place bolts as shown.

Colour the motor of the fan in fevicryl yellow acyrlic colour to highlight it, then make a green circle at its border. Let it be dry

Joint wings, also make a big circle in the center, followed by small circles to design like traditional style 'mehandi' or 'mandana'. Finally it's ready so hang it with ceiling.
